Eligibility for Replacements or Exchanges
Replacements or exchanges will be offered only under the following conditions:

The wrong product was sent.

The product is defective.

The product was damaged during shipping.

The product appears to have been tampered with.
As our products are perishable, Crystal For Food Specialities reserves the right to reject any claim if:

The submitted evidence is insufficient or unclear.

Required evidence is not provided within the specified five (5) day period from the date of delivery.
Replacement and Refund Process

If your claim is approved, a replacement order will be processed and dispatched within two (2) business days.

A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not feasible.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and processed within 10 to 45 working days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Delivery Failures and Reshipment
If a delivery fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect shipping address, unavailability at delivery time), Crystal For Food Specialities will not be held responsible. Returned or rerouted shipments will incur reshipment charges, which the customer will be required to pay.
Non-Refundable Items
If a product or order is classified as non-refundable, this will be clearly communicated before purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
